  4.        We'll  answer  your  questions  or  discuss  your  concerns
  5.        Breathe  comfortably  deep.    
  6.        Proper  breathing  energizes  the  body  and  relieves   tension
  7.        Allow  yourself  to  relax  and  enjoy !
