Two-Day Workshop:      Saturday,  March  4,  2006   -  Saturday,  March 11, 2006
coCreator:     A   Possible  Posture  on  the  Planet
We all grew up with adults in our lives telling us to  "Sit up Straight."
"Don't  Slouch."    "Be Still."   We were instructed to
posture our
physical bodies in a way that pleased our parents and authority figures
in our lives.

From these messages and instructions, we have created the way we sit,
stand, lie down, walk, run, bend over and get up.  The way we do these
things feels  "normal" and we seldom think about them, unless we
experience some pain and then we adjust.

In this workshop,
coCreator:    A  Possible  Posture  on  the  Planet,  we
propose that there is a different way to
posture  ourselves on the
planet that would be more beneficial to ourselves and to the planet as a
whole.

The  coCreator  posture is a new alignment of our cognitive, emotional,
physical, behavioral and spiritual selves.   This new alignment brings
our thinking, feeling, and behavior into a conscious cooperation with
our spiritual selves.   Conditions on our planet are so demanding, we
adopt a new
posture that will meet those demands and pressures of the
world in which we live.

This workshop offers the opportunity to explore yourself as
coCreator.
It offers you the chance to change your
posture  on our planet, as you're
guided through mental, emotional, physical and spiritual processes.
These experiences facilitate your own personal understanding of the coCreator you are becoming.     We invite you
to join us on this  two-day exploration of possibility and transformation.
Objectives:

  • Understanding the possible ways of being responsible and responding
  • Define and experience our ego states
  • Experience re-parenting ourselves
  • Explore forgiveness and transformation in relationship to becoming  coCreator
  • Using music to facilitate the integration of our mind, body and spirit

nudging."    The therapeutic relationship that Michael develops with his clients is the most important factor in helping them reach their
